THIS is a great one! True craftsman with an amazing front porch. Check out the cute-as-a-button curb appeal as you pull up. You will fall in love with the heart pine floors, wide casing on the doors, claw foot tub, large windows and magnificent masonry fireplace. Kitchen has stainless appliances and nice stained cabinetry. The big french doors leading to the great fenced backyard with large patio make for great entertaining! It is walkable, laid back, vibrant, quirky, full of cool history and has the most amazing residents and shops. Only a select few homes in the neighborhood are as walkable to the Village as this one. In 5 minutes and less than 2 blocks, you’re in the middle of the action!

As a young couple looking to buy our first home and move intown, we looked through several classic Atlanta neighborhoods for the right fit. After visiting East Atlanta Village, we immediately knew this was the community for us. It is walkable, laid back, vibrant, quirky, full of cool history and has the most amazing residents and shops. After touring several homes, we immediately had our next “this is the one” moment once we saw this home. Its cute-as-a-button curb appeal, easy layout and great fenced backyard with large patio was everything we wanted. We fell in love with the pine flooring, wide casing on the doors, and clawfoot tub. The big french doors leading to the patio off the kitchen/breakfast make for great entertaining when the weather is nice. Our dog loves “talking” to her neighbor pups through the fence, and chasing squirrels who dart through the trees that offer the backyard perfect dappled shade. And, only a select few homes in the neighborhood are as walkable to the Village as this one. In 5 minutes and less than 2 blocks, you’re in the middle of the action! Since we moved to EAV, we’ve made more friends and more memories than we can count! We always look forward to big events like Strut and Beer Fest, but we truly cherish all the small things. We love our impromptu summer porch gathering with our incredible neighbors, or walking to the Village to grab a drink at Argosy or Flat Iron with friends. It’s easy to take the dog to the vet or bike with the kids to visit the Farmer’s Market or playground. So many changes have occurred over the years and we love seeing the community grow and prosper. We’ve raised our two children in this home – they go to the neighborhood public school, Burgess-Peterson, and we are grateful to have access to such a unique and amazing environment for their education. We can’t wait for the next person to come along and love this home the way we have!

It was a pleasure working with Marc. He took our needs/wants into consideration to locate a variety of properties. He went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home.Highly likely to recommend (via Zillow)
Marc definitely is an expert in Real Estate, especially In-town area. He is very professional, easy to talk to and he is with you during the whole process till the end and beyond. We purchased our home more than 2 years ago, but we always call him for an expert opinion.
You will enjoy working with him.Highly likely to recommend (via Zillow)
In January I referred Marc to a very dear friend who inherited her Aunt's 130 year old home. In weeks Marc had a contract, and then a back-up contract. Impressive; especially because the first two real estate agents my friend spoke with said that she should have the historic home demolished and sell the property as a parking lot. My friend adores Marc, and I appreciate the respect he brought to her family home.Highly likely to recommend (via Zillow)
Marc has the experience to see through the noise that is the local real estate market to get you not only the best price on selling your home but also the home that suits you best for you to then move in to. We know, we used him to sell and buy our last two homes.
The home we sold went under contract in 30 days if that tells you anything about his talent as a listing agent. The home we then bought was not only a perfect fit for us but was wanted by at least 3 other buyers the day after we had our offer in. Marc was quick and nimble in getting us through both the sale and buy. He brought a soothing calm when things got a little hectic. He negotiated with skill and got us the best prices on both sides of our deals. I would use Marc again but most of all I would recommend him to anyone that needed a savvy gentleman to help them with their real estate needs.Highly likely to recommend (via Zillow)
Marc knows the area (East Atlanta Village and surrounding neighborhoods) better than just about anyone. There are few houses that he hasn't stepped foot in! He knows the ups, downs and trends for each as he has been well connected with area residents, businesses, and community groups for quite some time.
I was a seller, but I believe that Marc is just what a buyer needs as well - a well informed, personable champion looking out for your best interests.Highly likely to recommend (via Zillow)
We had a great experience with Marc. We were particularly impressed with his knowledge of the neighborhoods we were interested in, including architectural styles and history. He understood what we were looking for and came up with smart ideas for finding it.Highly likely to recommend (via Zillow)
Marc is extremely knowledgeable about the intown Atlanta market and its quirks. He is a true professional and works hard to help his clients find the property that they want and need.Highly likely to recommend (via Zillow)
Marc knew the neighborhood I was interested in as well or better than anyone I've met, and lives there as well. His enthusiasm for the community and knowledge of micro-locations within it was incredibly helpful in moving through the process. Negotiations were fairly quick and easy and the process as a whole was as stress-free as I can imagine these things get.Highly likely to recommend (via Zillow)
My wife and I used Marc and just closed on our first home. He made the process easy from start to finish. We were working with a limited budget and he was able to find us exactly what we wanted in a great location. I would certainly recommend Marc to anyone looking to buy a house in the Atlanta area. His schedule is flexible (nights/weekends) and he really made us feel comfortable from the first time we met. Thanks Marc!!!Highly likely to recommend (via Zillow)
There aren’t enough good things you can say about Marc and his team. We had a complicated closing and contract due to our house being a new build. I am so thankful we had an agent who was extremely experienced and knew what to do in every situation. Marc genuinely cared about our circumstances and our family more than “selling a home” and getting his cut.Highly likely to recommend (via Zillow)
