“We absolutely love being 1 block off of the Beltline!  We go for a walk, run, or take our 4 yr old out for a scooter ride”

What we love about our home…

Location:  We absolutely love being 1 block off of the Beltline!  We go for a walk, run, or take our 4 yr old out for a scooter ride to many great coffee houses, restaurants, and watering holes in Reynoldstown/Cabbage Town/Inman park!  We love that we live across the street from Lang Carson park–we take our dog to catch frisbees or fetch tennis balls as well as my son to hit golf balls or throw the football.

The home:  We love the 100% percent hadwood floor plan!  The downstairs is great for entertaining with the large dining room and decks off the front and back of the house.  The 10 ft ceilings make it even more open.   The master bedroom is spacious with a great private deck accessed through french doors–we enjoy sitting upstairs (off the master) and saying hello to all of the families in the neighborhood walking by.  We have a ton of fun in the spring/summer time grilling off of the large back deck.  The house is quiet and well insulated.  Tons of attic space for additional storage!!

This was our first home 10 years ago and is great for a new or established family looking for Intown living, proximety to the Beltline and relative convenience to many of the intown festivals and newly annexed Burgess/Peterson school district!

It was a pleasure working with Marc. He took our needs/wants into consideration to locate a variety of properties. He went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home.

Marc definitely is an expert in Real Estate, especially In-town area. He is very professional, easy to talk to and he is with you during the whole process till the end and beyond. We purchased our home more than 2 years ago, but we always call him for an expert opinion.

You will enjoy working with him.

In January I referred Marc to a very dear friend who inherited her Aunt's 130 year old home. In weeks Marc had a contract, and then a back-up contract. Impressive; especially because the first two real estate agents my friend spoke with said that she should have the historic home demolished and sell the property as a parking lot. My friend adores Marc, and I appreciate the respect he brought to her family home.

Marc has the experience to see through the noise that is the local real estate market to get you not only the best price on selling your home but also the home that suits you best for you to then move in to. We know, we used him to sell and buy our last two homes.

The home we sold went under contract in 30 days if that tells you anything about his talent as a listing agent. The home we then bought was not only a perfect fit for us but was wanted by at least 3 other buyers the day after we had our offer in. Marc was quick and nimble in getting us through both the sale and buy. He brought a soothing calm when things got a little hectic. He negotiated with skill and got us the best prices on both sides of our deals. I would use Marc again but most of all I would recommend him to anyone that needed a savvy gentleman to help them with their real estate needs.

Marc knows the area (East Atlanta Village and surrounding neighborhoods) better than just about anyone. There are few houses that he hasn't stepped foot in! He knows the ups, downs and trends for each as he has been well connected with area residents, businesses, and community groups for quite some time.

I was a seller, but I believe that Marc is just what a buyer needs as well - a well informed, personable champion looking out for your best interests.

We had a great experience with Marc. We were particularly impressed with his knowledge of the neighborhoods we were interested in, including architectural styles and history. He understood what we were looking for and came up with smart ideas for finding it.

Marc is extremely knowledgeable about the intown Atlanta market and its quirks. He is a true professional and works hard to help his clients find the property that they want and need.

Marc knew the neighborhood I was interested in as well or better than anyone I've met, and lives there as well. His enthusiasm for the community and knowledge of micro-locations within it was incredibly helpful in moving through the process. Negotiations were fairly quick and easy and the process as a whole was as stress-free as I can imagine these things get.

My wife and I used Marc and just closed on our first home. He made the process easy from start to finish. We were working with a limited budget and he was able to find us exactly what we wanted in a great location. I would certainly recommend Marc to anyone looking to buy a house in the Atlanta area. His schedule is flexible (nights/weekends) and he really made us feel comfortable from the first time we met. Thanks Marc!!!

There aren’t enough good things you can say about Marc and his team. We had a complicated closing and contract due to our house being a new build. I am so thankful we had an agent who was extremely experienced and knew what to do in every situation. Marc genuinely cared about our circumstances and our family more than “selling a home” and getting his cut.
